Pantelleria bianco DOC - Maestrale

Maestrale is a white wine produced 100% with Zibibbo grapes from the island of Pantelleria trained in the traditional gobelet style. Its production is artisanal, respecting traditional methods and using grapes grown on the volcanic soils of the island. After a short cold maceration of a few hours, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing and then ferment and age in stainless steel tanks for about 9 months. The wine is finally clarified with bentonite clay and subjected to a light filtration before bottling. The result is a fresh and aromatic wine, which perfectly preserves all the aromas of Zibibbo, ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif or in combination with light first courses, fish and seafood.
